Steve Otermat

A certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Steve Otermat joined Fein in 2009 as Vice President and Controller. Before joining the organization, he managed the financial and accounting operations for Michael Stevens Interests, Inc. Prior to that, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield, managing the accounting for American General’s commercial real estate portfolio. Steve graduated from the University of Houston with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1992.
