Julie Batche

Julie Batche brings more than 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry to Fein. She oversees the Fein portfolio of communities with a primary focus on the growth, stability, and profitability of the management organization. Her previous positions include Regional Vice President at Alliance Residential Management. She previously held senior operations and management positions with Northland Investment Corporation and Bluestone Management, where she aided in a $90 million refinancing of the Texas portfolio as well as the partial sale of the portfolio netting $4 million. She has served on the Houston Apartment Association’s (HAA) Apartment Community Executives and Supervisors (ACES) committee and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Julie has been a certified property manager since 1999.
