A 243-unit luxury loft style apartment community located in Lone Tree, Colorado, just 20 miles southeast of downtown Denver.


2010 - Voyager Apartments at Space Center

A 313-unit luxury apartment community located at 18101 Point Lookout Drive, directly across NASA Parkway from the Johnson Space Center in Nassau Bay, Texas. The four story mid-rise boasts two large courtyards - one with resort style pool, one with large fountain, 10' ceilings, and large, open floor plans. Leasing will being early Spring 2010.


2009 - Park Avenue Lofts

A 193-unit luxury loft style apartment community located at 755 East 19th Avenue in the Uptown area of Denver, Colorado. Just a short walk to downtown, this 5 story, mid-rise community features a roof top clubhouse with sweeping views of downtown, the State Capitol, and the mountains as well as a resort style pool and spa and 10' ceilings. Leasing will begin Spring 2009.


2008 - Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes

A 328-unit luxury apartment community in the master-planned Tuscan Lakes subdivision in League City, Texas. This Italian-themed structure opened in August 2008 and features a resort style pool and spa, as well as a separate courtyard with large reflecting fountain and outdoor cabana. Leasing began in June 2008.


2007 Robertson Hill Apartment Homes

A 290-unit apartment community at the intersection of 11th Street and Interstate-35 near the French Legation Museum in Austin, Texas. The four-story complex opened in February 2007 and offers spectacular views of the downtown skyline and the State Capitol Building.


2007 Sawyer Heights Lofts

A 326-unit luxury loft style apartment community at 2424 Sawyer Heights Street at the intersection of Taylor Street and I-10, it is approximately two miles west of downtown Houston. The four-story facility features three unique courtyards including a resort style pool, meditation garden and reflection pond. Leasing began in December 2007.


2007 Sorrento at Tuscan Lakes

A 204-unit luxury apartment community in the master-planned Tuscan Lakes subdivision in League City, Texas. This Italian-themed structure opened in June 2007 and features a cabana-style conservatory, reflection pond and resort-style pool. The property achieved full occupancy in July of 2008.


2002 - The Macgregor

A 224-unit luxury apartment community at 2380 S. MacGregor at Highway 288, just one mile east of the Texas Medical Center. The apartment building is four stories in height, constructed above a two-level parking garage and offers spectacular views of downtown and the Medical Center as well as other areas of the city. Construction commenced in November 2002, and was completed in July 2004. Fein currently retains management on behalf of a major pension fund.
