TIMM WOOTEN Executive Vice President Timm Wooten serves as Executive Vice President of MFI. Prior to joining MFI in June 1996 Wooten was Vice President/Eastern Region Manager with the J. E. Robert Companies (JER). At JER, Wooten was responsible for the management of five (5) portfolios comprised of over 600 loan and real estate assets with a combined book value in excess of $ 1 billion and an investment basis of over $500 million. Major property types included office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties and apartments. From 1985 to 1990, Wooten had his own development company, Henry and Wooten, Ltd. that concentrated primarily in the development, brokerage and management of retail properties throughout the southeastern United States. Prior to Henry & Wooten, Ltd. Wooten served as Senior Vice President – Finance for Berg Development Company from 1982 to 1985. From 1981 to 1982 he served as Project Manager for Century Development Corporation and from 1976 to 1982 he was Assistant Vice President/Real Estate Department for First City National Bank of Houston. A graduate of the University of Texas, Wooten received a BBA in Finance in 1976.
