Martin Fein President Martin Fein serves as President of MFI. He has extensive experience in the development and management of real estate investment properties. Over the past 29 years, he has been involved in the development and acquisition of over 20,000 units of multi-family garden apartments as well as over 2,500,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space. In 1996, Fein founded Westchase Construction, Ltd., to construct luxury apartment developments and he serves as its President. Before Fein founded MFI, he served as President of the Farb Companies where he directed over 500 employees in the residential and commercial divisions. Fein received a BA from Indiana University and a JD from the University of Louisville Law School. He established Martin Fein Interests, Ltd. in May 1989.
