JULIE G. BATCHE, CPM© Vice President, General Manager of Management Julie G. Batche serves as Vice President-General Manager of Management for MFI, Julie oversees the Fein portfolio of communities and primarily focuses on adding growth, stability and profitability for the management organization. Prior to joining Fein, Julie was Regional Vice President of Alliance Residential Management overseeing multifamily units throughout Texas. During her tenure at Alliance she participated in a collective venture in developing the Exclusive Westchase District Apartment Communities, and contributed to the intern training for Houston Community College for property management program. She previously held senior operations and management positions with Northland Investment Corporation and Bluestone Management, aided in the $90 million refining of the Texas portfolio, as well as the partial sale of the portfolio netting $4 million. In addition, she developed and implemented the operations manual for the multifamily division for both companies as well as rolling out new software programs to increase ancillary income and decrease utilities expenses throughout her portfolio. Ms. Batche has over 20 years in the multifamily industry, served on the Houston Apartment Association (HAA) Society of Apartment Property Supervisors (SOAPS) committee and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)and has been a Certified Property Manager since 1999.
