DANIEL B. FEIN Development Associate Daniel B. Fein, serves as Development Associate for MFI. Prior to joining the firm in July of 2008, Daniel completed a Master’s of Science degree in Real Estate Development, a one-year program in the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University. From 2005 to 2007, he held an analyst position at The Situs Companies, a global real estate consulting firm where he helped underwrite Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) loans and portfolios for Wall Street lenders and buyers of commercial real estate property. Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado School of Architecture and Planning in 2005.
