Brian Watson Vice President, Westchase Construction, Ltd. Brian A. Watson serves as Vice President of Westchase Construction, Ltd., an affiliate of MFI specializing in the construction of luxury multi-family apartment developments. He joined the firm in 2003. Watson has a Bachelor of Science, Construction Management degree from the University of North Texas. Prior to joining Westchase, Watson was associated with JPI Construction where he was responsible for the San Diego office. He previously worked at Drever Construction Corporation where he established their Phoenix and San Diego offices. He successfully completed over 8,000 apartments in California and Texas before joining Westchase.
